Although leadership is a function; position, responsibility and authority are necessary elements for the maintenance of order.
The Network is led by a leader in close partnership with a core team of responsible leaders.
Apostolic/prophetic teams are appointed by the core team for ministry on national and international level. Members of these teams are chosen on the basis of gifting, anointing and character.
The local church is autonomous but recognised by the leadership of the Network. (Under “autonomous” we understand that the assembly is self-governing, self-supporting and self-propagating.)
The Network leadership will, on invitation, send in an experienced team to advise, give input or handle any problems congregations might experience.
The success of the Network is linked to and is dependent upon the successful functioning of the Stations. It is in the stations that nets of unity and support are spun across the whole nation.
Every Station meeting is unique, but will usually contain the elements of leadership, equipping, encouragement and pastoral ministry.
The success of any Station depends on mutual transparency, accountability, and care for each other.
Stations are led by Station Leaders who fill the role of pastoral facilitators, in co-operation with the Apostolic/Prophetic team. These Stations can also be developed into geographic centers from which the planting and growth of new assemblies can occur.
There are several levels of exposure in the Network. These are:
National and regional conferences, which are held annually.
Network Stations, held weekly, fortnightly or a day per month.
Visitation from leaders and teams from the network.
